I’m Chef Pellagia — Founder, Managing Director, Creative Director and Executive Chef behind Chef Pellagia.
I create bespoke culinary and event experiences where exceptional food, thoughtful design and genuine hospitality come together. From intimate dinners in a client’s home to weddings and large-scale celebrations, I believe every event deserves to feel personal, beautiful and memorable.

Chef Pellagia is fully licensed and registered with our local council, with our team appropriately trained and our up-to-date public liability insurance in place.
We take food safety, hygiene and professional event service seriously, giving our clients confidence from the first conversation to the final plate.
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND
Food is where I began, but my work has grown into something much bigger.
I design the menu, shape the creative direction, style the event, lead the team and oversee the experience from beginning to end.
I don't just cook for an event — I help create it.
My food is influenced by African, Afro-Caribbean, British, Italian, Asian and European cuisines, with a particular love for the Hamptons and New England.
I love where food grows — the farms, markets, seasons and ingredients — and I believe the best cooking starts with respecting what is in front of you.

BEYOND THE PLATE
I'm passionate about event design, from weddings and celebrations to intimate dinner parties in my clients' homes.
I love bringing together the food, florals, tablescapes, lighting, styling and service to create an experience that feels completely theirs.
I also create bespoke meal-prep experiences for busy professionals and people who lead active lifestyles, and I love teaching others how to cook, share knowledge and build confidence in the kitchen.

I build genuine relationships with my clients and stay involved every step of the way — from the first idea to the final detail. Whether I'm cooking for six or overseeing an event for hundreds, every booking matters to me.
And while Chef Pellagia carries my name, the vision is brought to life by an incredible team of chefs, coordinators, managers and waiting staff. I lead the creative and culinary direction; together, we deliver the experience.
Above everything, my faith keeps me grounded. I believe the vision for this brand is bigger than me, and I trust the Lord to guide my brand, my work and the purpose behind it.
